  • Kayce began her career with Chick-fil-A in 2008 as a Team Member. After  earning a Master's degree and gaining experience as an Admission Counselor, she stepped into a full-time role as the Director of HR & Training for a multi-unit Chick-fil-A in Central Florida, where she worked onsite 4 years before moving into a remote position when her family relocated to her hometown in NC. 

    This relocation prompted the realization that talent acquisition is a huge need for many Chick-fil-A Operators. Kayce launched Cultivate Talent to solve the need for recruiting and hiring top talent for Chick-fil-As nation-wide.

    Outside of running Cultivate Talent, Kayce is a wife and mother of 4. She enjoys serving at church, gardening, adventuring with her family and constantly attempting to learn new skills.

  • Will began his career with Chick-fil-A in 2019 as a part-time Back-of-House Team Member, initially joining to supplement his income while serving as an Athletic Director. His perspective shifted after preparing a nugget tray for a friend’s child’s birthday party. When the family later shared their experience online and praised the food—he realized the meaningful impact he could have on both guests and his community.

    In addition to managing finances for Cultivate Talent, Will currently serves as an Executive Director for a multi-unit Chick-fil-A, with a long-term goal of becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator.

    Outside of work, Will is a husband and father. He serves on the elder team at his church, plays in an adult softball league, and enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Nicole has been working in Talent Acquisition with Cultivate Talent since 2024, where she focuses on helping restaurants attract and secure top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

    She began her career in Guest Services and Hospitality at age 16, developing a strong foundation in customer service and operational excellence at a leading hotel in her hometown. She later spent years in full-time ministry beginning in 1994 alongside her husband, further strengthening her ability to connect with people, build trust, and serve others with intention.

    Nicole also brings 13 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management, where she honed her skills in communication, responsiveness, and client service. Across every stage of her career, she has been known for integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

    In her free time, Nicole enjoys horseback riding, water activities, walking her dog, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Gabriela is based in Florida and joined Cultivate Talent in 2026. Prior to that, she worked with Chick-fil-A starting in 2018 and traveled for two years with her husband through Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program. That experience strengthened her leadership and talent acquisition skills while giving her exposure to different teams and markets across the U.S.

    Outside of work, Gabriela enjoys practicing pilates and yoga and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

  • Based in Northwest Georgia, Ashlyn brings a passion for people, relationships, and talent development to everything she does. She enjoys helping to connect organizations with exceptional talent and supporting meaningful growth opportunities.

    Prior to joining Cultivate Talent, Ashlyn spent more than seven years with Chick-fil-A, where she gained extensive experience in leadership, operations, team development, and hospitality.

    Ashlyn’s background also includes working with WinShape Camps and WinShape Marriage, experiences that further strengthened her commitment to fostering strong communities, meaningful connections, and personal growth.

    When she’s not working, you'll find Ashlyn enjoying life in Northwest Georgia with her husband and puppy. Whether they’re taking an evening stroll through the neighborhood or engaging in a highly competitive game of Scrabble, they enjoy making the most of their time together and staying connected to their community.
