Basic Package

Operator consultation to assess preferences for the ATS.

Team training session to learn how to use the processes (optional).
Availability to adjust processes on an “as needed” basis.

*Sponsored job postings are used at the discretion of Cultivate Talent and subject to a defined allotment. Upon exhaustion of this allotment, the Owner/Operator shall be responsible for all additional costs incurred.
Full Service
Hiring and Onboarding

Includes everything in the Basic Package, with the addition of:
Send offer letters
Send onboarding information
Process Team Members in HR/Payroll via Vendor Bridge
Team Member User Admin set up*
Assign and track new hire Pathway training*
Scheduling System account setup*
Schedule orientation*
Assist in necessary communication with new Team Members and hiring team

Specialized Recruitment

Recruitment for a high level leadership position - Director / General Manager
This package will be based on 20% of the candidate's first year's salary package (including benefits and bonuses).
This package lasts for 3 months only
Includes the full service hiring and onboarding option (above) with a heavy emphasis on sponsoring job postings and recruiting
Our Process
We set up the Applicant Tracking System owned by the client.
We review all applications and identify qualified candidates.

We conduct a series of customized screenings, including but not limited to: video screening questions, phone interview, virtual interview, and skills assessments.

We assist candidates in getting “final interview ready” and schedule onsite interviews for the hiring team.
In our Full Service packages, we take care of onboarding documents and system setups, enabling the new hire(s) to come to orientation fully ready to begin work.
