I’ve been with Chick-fil-A since 2008, starting at the register and growing into the role of Human Resources Director. After returning to my hometown with my family, I looked for a way to stay connected with Chick-fil-A. Recognizing a need where I could support Operators and ease their workload, I launched Cultivate Talent.

Chick-fil-A Operators and leaders have profoundly impacted my life, and I’m excited to help the next generation of Team Members grow in the same way.
